Con el presente auto se ordena oficiar a COLPENSIONES – INSTITUTO DE SEGUROS SOCIALES EN LIQUIDACIÓN, con el fin de que en un término de ocho días hábiles a partir de la notificación del presente auto, informe a la Sala sobre el cumplimiento de cada una de las órdenes establecidas en la sentencia T-960/10.
Lo anterior para poder establecer si es viable o no asumir el cumplimiento y hacer efectivo el precitado fallo.
